Processor Food Can Taste Amazing or Gut Wrenching!

Food processors have sped up cooking times tremendously. We can throw all of the ingredients for spicy salsa into our favorite processor, hold the button for a few seconds, and BAM you have fresh and delicious salsa. Or is it?.....

I've got a friend that can use a food processor like a pro. No joke. The best salsa I have ever tasted came from his own food processor in which he just tossed in the ingredients for the salsa. I didn't believe him for the longest time until he made it again right in front of my eyes. I was shocked. Most processed food I've had usually is either too chopped up or not mixed right.

Some people like to use food processors as substitues. That's a big mistake! A food processor can't cut an onion like a human can. Food processors have been made to mix a large quantity of food to make a 'dip' like consistency.

I personally love to use food processors for making deviled eggs. I throw in the boiled egg yolks, mayonaise, onions, garlic, seasoned salt, and mustard to make an amazing filler for the deviled eggs. They are always a hit when I bring them to a friends party, and no one believes me that it took less than 5 minutes to make that amazing filler. If only it were that easy to boil the eggs themselves!

You see, food processors can make amazing food, but they just need to be used correctly. In the next few weeks, months, or even years, I plan to add periodic updates on "processable" foods that taste great when made with a food processor. And the best part? It's easy and fast! So stay tuned!
